Regulations

 CHECK-IN TIME AND POLICIES:

• Check-in time: 3:00 pm / Check-out time: 12:00 noon (local time)
• Room rates include breakfast, tax and service charge.
• Early Arrivals and Late Departures :
  1. An extra charge is required for early check-ins before 12:00 at noon (only if we have rooms available). If your arrival is early in the day and you prefer immediate access to your room, we recommend reserving for the prior night to guarantee immediate access.
  2. An extra charge NT$200 per half an hour is applied for late check-outs if the room is available.  Similarly, we recommend reserving an additional night. If you choose not, We are very glad to store your luggage in our storage room.
• Extra-person Charge：
  Our room rates are for 2 guests per room. An extra-person charge will be applied for each person exceeding that number. We require prior notification if you will have additional persons staying in the room. No guests beyond the stated occupancy will be allowed.
  1. Each additional person (age 7 and above) is 500NT per night. (no bed provided)
  2. Children (age 6 and under) could stay for free.



CANCELLATIONS POLICY
Cancellation fees are based on the day we receive the cancellation request :

• 5% tax is included in the room rates. To ensure your booking, we will request 30% deposit of your entire stay. Overseas bookings are only accepted if paid by credit card; bank transfer is not accepted. Guests who make bookings in Taiwan can use credit cards, ATM and bank transfer to pay deposit. All remaining payment has to be paid off by credit cards (Visa/Master/JCB) or cash on arrival.
• Guests could cancel reservations at any time but certain cancellation fees will be charged:
  1. No cancellation fees will be charged if cancellations are made 14 days prior to your stay.
  2. 30% of the deposit will be charged if cancellations are made 10 to 13 days prior to your stay.
  3. 50% of the deposit will be charged if cancellations are made 7 to 9 days prior to your stay.
  4. 60% of the deposit will be charged if cancellations are made 4 to 6 days prior to your stay.
  5. 70% of the deposit will be charged if cancellations are made 2 to 3 days prior to your stay.
  6. 80% of the deposit will be charged if cancellations are made 1 day prior to your stay.
  7. All deposit will be charged if cancellations are made on the day of your stay or without prior notice.
